Another big pet peeve...at Best Buy I've had the 'sold out' experience so often I now call it Can't Buy. And don't get me started about Macy's -- had such a horrible experience there once, the shoe dept. clerk (supposedly) couldn't find out from their computer/register whether a style of boot was there (when their website said it was), arghhhh!
